At Amcargobikes we offer service check on batteries. This service applies to batteries up to 18 months after the date of purchase / invoice date.

NOTE: Service takes up to approx. 7-8 weeks, and the battery must be sent to:

Purchase must be made no later than 18 months from the invoice date.

Note: We reserve the right, in a few cases, to reject the battery if we assess that it has been used up, incorrectly treated, has suffered external damage, accidents, etc.
