Amcargobikes accepts payment by credit / VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We will deduct money from your account before we ship the goods from our warehouse. Please note that paying by credit card will be charged a small fee of 1.25% of the total order.

All amounts in GBP. English pound and inclusive VAT in EU including Northern Ireland and excluding VAT in UK and others.

Amcargobikesuse an approved payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you can not read your information.


Amcargobikes will help you with delivery of your new bike or product to your desired shipping address.

When buying a bicycle, it is delivered to the curb unless otherwise agreed. Note: If you are not at home and this requires an extra exit, you as a customer pay for this yourself.

When you buy accessories and spare parts, they are shipped to the nearest GLS / Postnord store. See prices and times of delivery here:

  • Delivery England: 168.89 GBP. – The price for our standard 80% bicycles – (Delivery = 2-6 working days)
  • Delivery England: (parts and accessories): 20.00 GRP. (Delivery = 2-6 business days)

Special conditions

During busy periods, extra delivery time may occur for both us and our carriers.

Any damage during transport must be immediately posted and noted at shipping point against the shipping company and Amcargobikes.

Please note that our bikes are hand-assembled and therefore small scares may occur

IF YOU want to CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE - (web sales)

You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at Amcargobikes.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the date you date;

a) Got your product.

b) Receives the last product when it comes to a multi-item agreement that has been ordered in order and delivered separately.

c) Receives the last party or the last part in a physical inspection when it comes to a delivery of one / more lots or parts.

You must provide us with a written notice within 14 days from the date of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be sent to us at:

In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

If you have got delivered your product, we will of course return the money if you have regretted the purchase, however, for a shipment return fee of 97,93 GBP. incl. vat and a assembly fee on 118,75 GBP.

Please note that your return will expire if the bicycle has been driven or has been assembled.

You can not undo your purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this!

Goods except for the right of withdrawal.

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

Agreements covered by section 7§ 2:

  • Bicycles or products which are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or have been clearly identified.
  • Bicycles or goods which may be expected to be impaired or have been driven (besides test trip max 200 meters).
  • Bikes that have been 100% assembled.
  • Bicycles that have changed according to the way they were delivered.
  • Electronics products that have been connected.
  • Electronics spare parts that may have been connected.

If you have not yet received your item (only bicycles), a canceled purchase will result in a assembly fee of 118,75 , – incl. vat, as we are in the process of assembling your personal bicycle at our factory.

RETURN of goods - (web sales)

If you wish to return your product, return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We book the transport.

You must bear the direct costs incurred in returning the product. The cost of return is expected to amount to approx. 97,93 GBP. (100% total goods 2 x 97,93 GBP.)

Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Some items may by their nature not returned by normal freight. This applies to bicycles that have been delivered 100% collected.

The condition of the product when you return it

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant’s commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it in real use.

Repayment of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date of notification of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted valid documentation before returning it.

What should I send back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.

Note We do not receive packages sent per. COD.

What do we do with your personal details - (privacy policy)

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Adress
  • Phone number
  • Email

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal data are registered with Amcargobikes and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information given to amladcykler.dk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personally sensitive information.

NOTE! If you have an agreement with, for example, a notification site, it will be referred to as disclosure of information to third parties. You should provide information about this and indicate who you are giving the information to.

As registered with Amcargobikes, you are always entitled to view your registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact Amcargobikes by e-mail: contact@amcargobikes.co.uk
