Amcargobikes accepts payment by credit / VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and Maestro. We will deduct money from your account before we ship the goods from our warehouse. Please note that paying by credit card, you will be charged a small fee of 1.25% of the total order.

All amounts in GBP. English pound and inclusive VAT in EU including Northern Ireland and excluding VAT in UK and others.

Amcargobikes uses an approved payment server that encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that you cannot read your information.

Please note all items must be paid for before dispatch from us.

Delivery

Amcargobikes will help you with delivery of your new bike or product to your desired shipping address.

When buying a bike, it is delivered to the curb unless otherwise agreed. Note: If you are not at home and this requires an extra delivery, you will have to pay for this yourself.

When you buy accessories and spare parts, they are shipped to the nearest GLS / Postnord store.

Special conditions:

During busy periods, extra delivery time may occur for both us and our carriers.

Any damage during transport must be immediately posted and noted at shipping point against the shipping company and Amcargobikes.

Please note that our bikes are hand-assembled and therefore small scratches may occur

IF YOU want to CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE - (web sales)

You have 14 days to cancel your order when you shop at Amcargobikes.

The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you;

a) Received your product.

b) Received the last product of a multi delivery.

c) Received the last part of a split delivery.

You must provide us with a written notice within 14 days from the date of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message should be sent to us at:

In your message, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

However, shipment and shipment return fee not will be deducted when crediting. Please note that your right to return will expire if the bicycle has been driven or has been assembled.

You can not cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item without giving us a clear notice of this.

If your package is returned to our warehouse, we store it for 6 weeks, after which it is destroyed.

Goods exempted from the cancellation of purchase.

The following product types are exempt from the right of purchase:

Agreements covered by section 7§ 2:

  • Bikes s or products which are manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications(special designs) or have been clearly modified.
  • Bikes or products which may be deteriorated or have been driven (besides test trip max 200 meters).
  • Bikes that have been 100% assembled.
  • Bikes which have been altered according to the way they were delivered.
  • Electronic products that have been connected.
  • Electronic spare parts that may have been connected.

RETURN of goods - (web sales)

If you wish to return your product, return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. We can often help you book the transport(only bikes).

You hold the transport costs and return transport cost. 

Upon return you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.

You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Some items may,by their nature not be returned by normal freight. This applies to bikes that have been delivered 100% assembled.

The condition of the product when you return it:

You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that, in case of cancellation of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the products commercial value.

In order to receive the full purchase amount, you can only do the same as you can in a physical store. You must test the product, but do not take it to real use.

Return of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid deducted any freight. In case of a depreciation you are liable for, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you use your cancellation right, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received the goods. We make such a refund using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly inform otherwise.

What should I send back?

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation/Invoice.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD.

What do we do with your personal details & Klarna - (privacy policy)

In order for you to create an order with us, we need the following information:

  • Name
  • Adress
  • Phone number
  • Email

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the product to you. The personal data are registered with Amcargobikes and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted.

When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

Information given to amcorgobikes.co.uk is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personally sensitive information.

NOTE! If you have an agreement with, for example, a notification site, it will be referred to as disclosure of information to third parties. You should provide information about this and indicate who you are giving the information to.

As registered with Amcargobikes, you are always entitled to view your registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. You have these rights in accordance with the Danish Personal Data Act and you can contact Amcargobikes by e-mail: contact@amcargobikes.co.uk

Klarna

Please also note that in order for the right to claim on bicycles to be maintained, ongoing service and general maintenance is observed. See requirements on your invoice.

Rejected complaint parts can always be returned against the purchase of postage. Rejected complaint parts are stored for 6 weeks, after which they are destroyed.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

We act according to the law in force in Denmark. Any dispute must be brought before the court in Frederiksberg, Denmark

Reservation are made to printing errors and changes to the specifications and accessories of the bikes, as well as VAT and tax changes. Please note that above only applies to consumers and to the companies.
