We have very few faults on our bikes and parts. If you nevertheless have been unlucky and believe that you have a product defect or fault, then read and follow the instructions below, so that we may solve the issue as fast as possible. Fill out the complaintform below, send it to us, and ten your complaint will be processed. We usually reply the same day, but in a few cases the response time can be a little longer.
